Pen only for today’s drawing. I really could not decide how I wanted to color this drawing, so I decided to leave it uncolored. The thought behind this image is really about being happy in the moment. Funny, a friend and I were talking this morning about this very idea. It seems for me anyway, that my day to day life crams so many things into my little brain, that it is hard sometimes to just be present and enjoy the moment, without letting what you need to do tomorrow or ten minutes from now ruin the moment. Kids have a fantastic ability to be 100% focused on what they are doing right that moment. It may change quickly, but they are vibrant and full of energy. Here is to finding what makes you happy this weekend, and acting like a kid.
