Happy Birthday Packy!!!
Packy is the oldest male Asian elephant in North America and turns 51 on April 14th(born in 1962). The Oregon Zoo is throwing a birthday party called Elephantastic to celebrate. Packy’s cake will be a 40-pound whole wheat concoction topped with frosting, apples, carrots and celery. If you can’t make it to Oregon, have a piece of cake in Packy’s honor and remember to give an elephant sized hug to someone you love.
